The Office of the Public Resources Trading Management Committee undertakes the daily work of the public resources Trading Management Committee, implements the decisions and deployments of the public resources trading Management Committee, and is the comprehensive supervision, management and coordination department of public resources trading。Under the bidding management, government procurement, land transactions, health and medical management departments，It is occupied by the current municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, the Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal Health Commission, the Municipal Natural Resources Planning Bureau and the Municipal Medical Security Bureau，Daily work is administered by the Municipal Public Resources Trading Management Committee Office。Mainly perform the following duties:

(1) Take the lead in establishing and standardizing a unified public resource trading platform system;

(2) To guide, coordinate, supervise and macro-manage the bidding law enforcement activities of various administrative supervision departments and the work of Kaifeng Public Resources Trading Center;

(3) To formulate policies, measures, rules and systems to strengthen and standardize the management of public resource trading activities, and to supervise and inspect their implementation in conjunction with relevant departments;Standardize, coordinate and comprehensively supervise public resource transactions;Implement daily guidance and supervision of the trading center;   

(4) To draw up a list of public resources transactions, and urge relevant departments to actively promote the entry of projects into transactions;

(5) To manage the credit database of the municipal agency, and be responsible for the daily maintenance and use;

(6) Coordinate the relevant administrative supervision departments to strengthen the supervision of public resources trading, and handle complaints and reports in trading activities according to law or transfer them to various functional departments for timely handling;

(7) Establish and improve the long-term supervision mechanism of public resource trading, and evaluate the operation, service and management of the trading platform。
